CopyPocket License Agreement

CopyPocket is a try-before-you-buy software. If you intend to use all 10 pockets and the profiles feature in CopyPocket after evaluating, you MUST register your copy of CopyPocket.

Once registered,the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use CopyPocket including the accompanying user documentation on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose. You may not assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the registered CopyPocket software or any other rights arising under this Agreement.

All copyrights to CopyPocket are exclusively owned by New Merkel Consulting Group LLC ("NMCG").

CopyPocket unregistered trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of CopyPocket without written permission from the copyright holder.

This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if New Merkel Consulting Group has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will NMCG's liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.

NMCG SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL OTHER IMPLIED TERMS ARE EXCLUDED.

Specifically, NMCG makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are "error-free", or meet any user's particular standards, requirements, or needs.

NMCG is not responsible for, and does not make any representation, warranty, or condition concerning product, media, software, or documentation not manufactured or supplied by NMCG, such as third-parties programs that are designed using NMCG programs or files.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, enhance, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. You may not prepare derivative works based on CopyPocket. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by New Merkel Consulting Group LLC.

The terms of this license, as well as the CopyPocket features and interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of CopyPocket.

Installing and using CopyPocket signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove CopyPocket files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
